Hither to this time , more light , strong material had
been used to contruct
the model airplane . But the light wood is usually the good materiel to
make its . The contruction of this aiplane is all wooden
air-frame; covered by thin
light yellow silver PVC . I thing this is the bigest scale
wooden R/C model airplane , with lowest power engine possible which I can
do ( try on ! ) .
Wing : Was an 580
square inch and all wooden contructional wing .The
wing- airfoil is NACA 4412 ..I use a1/8
alluminium wire , installe inside the wing , for the aileron system
( see plan ) . The hinges of the aileron are three piece of x
ray film and installed at the middle of the rear wing bar .
More hole in the wing foil lamina was reduce more the total
weight of the wing .

Fuselage :The
main contruction of the fuselage is all wooden air-frame with
two main bar 2/8 x 3/8 of light wood ( see plan ) . The
standing of nitro engine is alumium standing engine or hard
wood standing deck if your engine was brusless motor . Down
1-2 degree and 2-3 degree to the right of the engine axis are require ( see
plan ) .The fiberglass canopy
had given a very good form and firm mouting (see pic ) . |

The attachement of the wing to the fuselage is
two 3/8 alluminum antenna tube rod placed in front and rear
and fixed easily by some rubbers rings . |

R/C system , servo & other link installation : Three
micro-servo for elevator , aileron & throttle-valve .
An mini servo was using for rudder and tail wheel . The
battery are
fixed in lower , middle of the fuselage and adjust for the CG (
Center of gravity ) at 30% from the front of the wing cross section . The receiver
was place below the cockpit ; all are
covered by rubber foam-sheet for reduce the vibration of
engine and the shock . |

The rudder and elevator's rod
are two 2/8 cane * body ( a kind of tree usually to made the
broom in VN ) with two1/32 steel wire fixed
at the end . These are light , hard and had
any trouble in working Rudder , elevator , aileron adjust & flying test : Up
2/3 and down 1/3 inch for elevator . Right 3/4 and lelf 3/4 for
rudder and 1/3 inch for the aileron . On the first fly ,
reduce some in the angle-effect for the aileron an elevator .
