You Never Know,
know you don't!
| Old News.
This is the first, last - best and only place to stock up on old boring news and info on old site updates, etc. Y'know, I think you'd have more fun with something a little more inappropriate, don't you?
09/23-1:
This site is officially considered closed. All modern NotArt information, humor, drama and propaganda can now be found at http://www.NotArt.org. Joining us are such quality websites as Arthur's own and a little known MegaMan fan site called Ciao!
09/08-1:
NotArt is making the final agreements for some high-quality web-hosting at Alien Hosting. Readers will notice the gradual conversion to what I can only hope will be quality design.
For those of you who remember S.E.T.O.P.S., well, Quinnipiac needs 'em, and wouldn't you know it, CMU has 'em.
08/29-1:
A small story this time, of how confusing (and expensive!) college life can be. Did you ever wonder, if the third floor was gay?
08/25-1:
I'm here, I'm moved in, I'm already up to the usual. Sign up to Take my R.A. to the Gym!
08/18-1:
Getting ready to make my move to Connecticut. Once I get there my new scanner and I (!) will once again provide content for both of my readers.
08/12-1:
NotArt is one step closer to freedom! Or something similar. Today Arben came into possession of http://www.notart.org. This is where you can find NotArt in a few weeks, after he gets to school.
07/30-1:
World Exclusive! (unfortunately, there are about as many people who'd care as there are readers of NotArt right now, and they're not the same group.) NotArt has a first look at the next Peter Meadowdale movie in an Interview with Phil Machi!
Posting that made Arben feel better about the site. Doing any of the rest of the stuff piling up on the 'drawing board' will make him feel better. Go ahead, offer some encouragement!
06/30-1:
Gather 'round children, young and old: This is the story of the Shrimp Tail God. Really it's more of an allegory than a parable.
More change pending to the 'main' pages linked to by the nav-bar.
I'll bet you love using the Message Board.
06/21-1:
The creation and posting of new content is currently a struggle, but minor headway was actually made in the two days I'll've been home between the 42 hours worth of bustime headed to florida and back, (with a week spent being professional amused in between,) and the more time in a truck headed to Michigan, where I look forward to amature camping.
For now, you'll all just have to settle for further UntolD KnowledgE (told!) as that you NEVER KNEW expands...
06/7-1:
Not exactly new content, but you may notice that the navigation bar is now made out of Flash, and should load quickly and easily as one piece. Some of the other graphics throughout the site have been optimized as well.
06/5-1:
Well this is a touch disappointing. Several updates don't seem to be here. However, the case did arrive, and many pictures of assembly were taken in order to make a forthcoming feature on it. In fact, this is the first posting from that new setup. Time to start some mass updatage.
The log of my long day is back.
I'm really looking for a SERVER. Anyone who knows of a good one, please Freewebsites.com turned out to be downright disappointing, and even Bakana, which has had fewer problems than I have had with them, is often down.
Today also marked the completion of another video production. I feel that this one is somewhat substandard, as all sequels are doomed to be, but could've been neat if I'd tried more. It's called American Experience: A Family History II, and if you want, you can buy it. It's probably, oh, $4 on Video CD, or $7 on VHS tape, and about 12 minutes long.
05/13-1:
This site has always been mostly (re: entirely) Arben's, with contributions from others. Soon changes will come along to reflect that style. This is just one of several sections Arben is reworking.
Arben is also building a new computer. Most of the parts have arrived. He is looking forward to recieving his case in the mail soon. A feature on this is forthcoming, and faster than usual.
It's a nice feeling.
05/1-1:
Good News: Not only is the computer from which this site is based cleaned out (for the most part) internally, but it is also now equipped with fresh versions of Photoshop (V.6) and Flash (V.5). Now we're not gonna say that these are bootlegged or cracked or anything like that, but Arben knows this one Boy Scout who's a great big software pirate. So let the updates begin, y'know? Also, use the Message Board, it's a lot of fun.
04/14-1:
Good News: NotArt's own (occaisionally-)friendly webmaster, Arben, formatted his computer last night. 'Why is this good,' you ask? Well, because of the Bad News: The computer of our own intrepid webmaster, Arben, had fallen into so piteous a state that any site attempts to change this site caused his computer to crash not immediately, but the moment he clicked "Save." 'So why was that good,' you ask? Well, because of the Obvious News: Our own talented and stunning (not necessarily good-looking, mind you, but stunning all the same) webmaster Arben, really wanted to update the site, but has not for almost a month. Still no photoshop, but it's a start!
03/26-1:
Gotta keep step with Arthur, so I might as well let you all know that I've been formally accepted to the ostensibly wonderful Quinnipiac University in sunny Hamden, Connecticut!
Arben's edition of Adobe Photoshop has been sadly missing from his system for some period of time now. As such, the features he's actually worked a bit on are without proper graphics, and unsuitable for posting. Understandably, this has caused him to "Cryalot," one of a series of new verbs pioneered by Arben, whereupon, all you really need to do is at the "-alot" suffix to an existing verb and "excessively" to the current working definition of the existing verb. This actually forms a new tense, the superlaverb. Well then, anyway, there have been some new editions to that which you do NOT know, and several new features, destined for greatness or even not, are sure to be up shortly.
We're also going to plug, one last time TimmyBigHands. Timmy, and his Big Hands, are going offline permanently April 1st, his birth(and death)date. Get your fill of Kill-A-Guy and Apologise to Steve while you can!
02/12-01:
Wouldn't you know it, some of our special pals moved their sites, and the Exit page needed updating...Of course there's some new stuff that You Never Know and I wish you'd all use the 'board. Finally, if anyone out there has any good leads on where to buy a tank at affordable prices, send it in please.
02/06-01:
Joined .The Underground. Maybe they'll use the message board!
01/20-01:
Mostly cosmetic and behind-the-scenes updates today, the message board is now easier to get to, so USE IT!!!
Also, today marked a NotArt live performance! Updates and transcripts covering Arben and Arthur's performance, "How to intrepret the Larch Dually" Coming Soon!
01/16-01:
Now here's a worthwhile newsbyte! We've just shelled out the big bucks and got ourselves a gormet message board! Post away! The link to it will stay somewhere on the sidebar. Wow, two updates in a row during finals week. NotArt is SO much better than silly old Bakana!!
01/15-01:
This is really a rather uncalled for newsbyte, since the only updated posting is to YNK, while so many other half-written articles wait in the wings for their time to shine. On the other hand, Arben would like to point out that there are typos in the pointless newsbyte on Arthur's site, where he tells the world that he saw a movie last night.
12/28-00:
You Never Know!!! So Absolutely True. Here is where random links, images, quotes, or anything else will appear, in sporadic, little mentioned rotation. This is fantastic, and will be represented by the little icon under our exit sign. So be on the lookout!
12/24-00:
Ah, the joys of updating. Fan of Blue Man Group? Maybe you'd be interested in reading "Synaesthetic," by Arben, online now!
And something new or two in the Exit section.
12/23-00:
Find out what people are saying about us.
Think they're lying? Just check out the Peculiar Whale Cartoon. Wait, that might not actually help anything.
11/28-00:
You just think there hasn't been a new upload for a while.
One reason may be because Arben Lost It. Well, sorta.
10/29-00:
What's so great about Lead? Everything! Invest in Lead
Today!
Remember kids, when Godzilla attacks, he advances!
10/28-00:
New places for you to go! Now, in the Exit section!
10/24-00:
