{Baby Boomer Game}
Picture from Jim's game, Baby Boomer. This fun little zapper game was one of the first games released by Color Dreams. In this fun game, you have to collect gold nuggets, shoot milk bottles, and shoot enemies. I wonder why you don't have to change diapers?

Jim Meuer was the cool dude who created the original Baby Boomer game for Nintendo. I searched for him one day, and I saw a Jim Meuer that was involved with the US Congress, District 44, California and I am thinking "This couldn't be the same Jim could it?" so I put the thought to rest. Weeks later, I try again and I determine that this Jim Meuer was the same guy which made Baby Boomer. I e-mail him, and it was true! I think it's pretty cool how a Color Dreams worker is now involved in politics.

JM: Hi, I worked at Color Dreams in the late 80's doing Baby Boomer and designing their development system for making games. Baby Boomer was the original test program that we used to make the development systems. They later formed a Christian game company called Wisdom Tree and I worked on a game called Bible Buffet there also.

I don't have any of the old development stuff any more. Dan did Hellraiser I believe. The only people who would know more about the games and development software are Vance and Dan at a company called StarDot.
