 | NES Patents The Many, The Weird, The Expired |
I was searching the net last night on Delphion's patent server, trying to view some stuff regarding the NES. I saw some really small pictures of Game Genie and a Camerica game case, but the big pictures were only available to subscribers and to become a subscriber, you have to pay them around $75 US. That was too much money for me so feeling dishearted, I started searching various search engines to see if I could find a good patent server...for free.
At this point it was getting sourta late at my house, I should be getting to bed but only after I try this one last patent site. It was The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The site looked like it had potential, so I started looking around and boy I was amazed at what I found. The server was kind of slow, but I got several good patent pictures of varius NES things from it. The last roadblock was would they allow me to use the patents on my own site? I e-mailed them asking and they gave me the green light to go ahead and use any patents I wanted. Enjoy the patent stuff...there's some really neat stuff there.
