All for one, one for all! As D'Artagnan joined the three musketeers, a unknown third murderers joins Macbeth's two murderers.
The First and Second Murderer

Minor characters and assassins recruited by Macbeth to kill Banquo and Fleace. They are indistinguishable from each other and they do not speak much. The Murderers are not distinct as individuals. Although the First Murderer had pleasant description of a sunset, in Act 3 Scene 3 Lines 5-7, it does nto show that he is a sensible character. He is merely a tool used by Shakespeare for poeti lyrics.

The Third Murderer

Minor character and one of murderers who killed Banquo. He is not initially with the first two murderers when they were hired. Thus the first two are suspicious of him until the Third Murderer's exact directions convine them he is from Macbeth. His presence suggest that with typical distrust of despots, Macbeth felt a need to plant an agent among hired assassins. The identity of the Third Murderer has had many discussions and the suspects included, Lady Macbeth, Macbeth himself, Ross, Lennox, a servant, or one of Scottish nobles.
