Others see the wall-crawler as a man of the people, a working-class hero giving his all to protect the city and its residents. To the hoodlums he hunts, Spider-Man is a wise-cracking, wall-crawling force of good. When common criminals see him coming, they know full well there's a beat-down in their immediate future.
