the class for you! Throughout the four weeks of this course, you
will learn the proper baking tools and key strategies that are used
for preparing simple yet scrumptious baked goods. We will begin with
reviewing the tools that are needed for everyday baking. You will
then learn helpful strategies to bake tasty treats and simple meal
add-ons. You will finish by applying these new skills as you
participate in a baking extravaganza! Come and join the crowd as we

disenado para ensenar tecnicas basicas y necesarias para un pastel

Discover the secret of the purity and simplicity of authentic Greek
cuisine. The dishes are easy and inexpensive to prepare, but are
varied and exciting. Learn to make Dolmades (stuffed grapevine
leaves), Tyropetakia (cheese puffs), Moussaka (stuffed eggplant),
Faki (lentil soup), Baklava, and Chicken Rigauato. Kali Orexi! Class
will meet for one hour the first evening.

HOW TO FONDUE

Chocolates and cheeses, fruits and veggies, oh my! Enjoy a relaxing
afternoon with friends in this fondue experience. You will be having
some fondue fun, from rich cheese fondue with simmered meats and
vegetables to chocolate fondue with marshmallows and strawberries.
You'll see why fondue is the perfect comfort food to share with
friends or for entertaining any crowd. At the end of the afternoon
we will have a fondue frenzy, in which everyone will create their

WINE APPRECIATION Fee: $50
Join certified Sommelier Kristine Miller as you learn the
fundamentals of wine. This exciting class focuses on everything you
need to know to gain a solid understanding of the complexities of
wine. The class will cover wine regions; grape varieties; wine
making techniques; purchasing, storing, and serving wine, and
pairing wine with food. The class also covers the art of tasting and
analyzing wines. You will have the opportunity to sample and
evaluate different wines as you begin to develop and enhance your
ability to taste wine. Kristine will use her experience gained from
years in the industry as both a manager and educator, including time
spent as a Sommelier at two Five Diamond restaurants, to instruct
you. This class is excellent for individuals at all skill levels
from those just venturing into the world of wine to the connoisseur;
as well as restaurant industry professionals. NOTE: You must
be 21 years or older to participate. Proof of age may be required.
