Some races cannot cross breed. The stats are what your character is going to start out with based on what race you are. Some races don't transform but that doesn't mean that they are weaker than any other race. Some races share different techniques. But you cannot have another races ability. You may only learn your own races abilities. You may only learn 1 race ability per 500,000 pl.
