QLD Chrysler Show Part 2:
The
First Combined Chrysler Show in QLD.
Dodge's,
Plymouth's and Chrysler's were assembled and sold here in Australia, and were
extremely popular in the 60's peaking in the early 70's. Through some Bad
company choices in regards to Bathurst, Chrysler Australia suffered unnecessarily
when they failed to win come Race Day. The Catch Cry was "Win on Sunday
Sell on Monday". If Management had implemented some of their experimental
Cars like the 340-4 Barrel V8 4 speed VG Pacer Sedan and continued along that
path, Chrysler would have kicked some serious ass amongst Holden and Ford on the
Race Track! If Only ?
