Change and You

Amidst the chaos of constant change and the onslaught of
higher
frequency energies, the result is a release of emotions that seem to be totally out of
character for the person that you know yourself to be.
We can no longer pretend that we have cleaned up the basement when we find ourselves
regurgitating the same old stuff. I am finding in my
practice that people are saying the same thing over and over again. "I have been
dealing with this stuff for years and thought I had finished with it and here it is
again."
The continual reactivation of the grand cross at many different
locations as the sun moves through Scorpio has maintained the personal and external
upheavals. We have seen earthquakes, volcanoes, storms of phenomenal proportions, plane
and train crashes, wars, and political and economic crises. When we see all of this in our
external world we can be sure there is a similar dynamic in our inner world. So let us
revisit some of the things we may be facing within ourselves.
Combined with the increase in solar flares and the
activation of
astrological configurations the physical body can be impacted in the
same way as the earth. Energy not expressed can build up through the spine, lower back and
sacrum. Others may experience a special type of
pressure headache that feels as if the head is about to explode, and a feeling of fullness
in the brain that indicates an increase in electro-magnetic energy. Some people may
experience this around the time of an electrical storm or variations in atmospheric
pressure.
This energy may be released through some type of physical
activity
whether working in the garden, walking in nature or dancing. It may be expressed
emotionally or sexually or through meditation where the energy may be expressed outwardly
to assist in a distant healing that is appropriate.
With the undulations of wave like energy there has been an
equivalent in the emotional upheavals that many have been experiencing. The EM energy
works toward releasing the build up of emotions that have been stored between the
synapses and that belong to an old program no longer applicable to the new higher
resonance vibrations. We are being reminded to change our old scripts and programs and
release the emotional attachments that we have to our past. We can not take them with us.
We may find ourselves in situations with our back against
the wall and we have no option but to deal with the problem. We can no longer resort to
old child hood patterns of withdrawing into disassociation or separation from our world.
We now need to engage and align. Our focus is now on unity and oneness. Each in our own
way is being encouraged to face our own individual fear around non-acceptance, feelings of
not belonging, or not being loved for who we are. We are overcoming the anticipation of
rejection, betrayal, judgement or criticism and the consequent loss of love. Emotions are
raw and reactive and will continue to surface until they are resolved.
There are certain psychological factors that may also
surface. These may include an inordinate sense of insecurity with major fears
reappearing. Issues around control and freedom may also become a major factor and these
need to be handled with care. The need to be in control can be quite extreme, creating
havoc in a family dynamic. Rebelliousness may result and the person can become totally
abhorrent, or they may simply collapse into weakness. Similarly with freedom - they either
have to be free or they don't want any freedom at all, preferring someone else to do their
life for them.
The higher frequency energies may activate the memory of extreme
trauma in a recent past-life. This may have caused decisions to be made such as "I
will never let anyone control me/imprison me again", or "I will not make any
decisions again in case I do the wrong thing."
Another factor that many people may notice is the
desire to get in
touch with their creativity. The creative urge is surfacing and can be
expressed in a variety of different ways. The more traditional ways of
expression include painting, writing, and composing a song or a poem. But this can extend
to building a house, designing a new social system, or creating a community project.
The need for freedom and to be in control of your personal
life and
honour your preferences in the way you express yourself will become major issues at this
time. This may be a factor that will influence the breakdown of a relationship if
there is no support from a partner, wife or husband. It is important for each of us to
remember that we are returning to Oneness. Any of our personal fears about intimacy,
exposure, stepping into our power, honouring our creativity and our desire to fully
express our true self will be addressed during these times of change.
We have all experienced separation at the time of our
birth. We
thought we were the only ones to experience separation as a trauma. That experience is the
old imprint of our original separation from the Source or Goddess. Goddess (the feminine
principle is the birthing principle) is calling us HOME and we are now healing all of our
beliefs about not being wanted, accepted for who we are or acknowledged for the abilities
and wisdom that we have.
