could be a son, but due to age, it is most likely he is a grand son of Thomas.
Thomas' estate and property were worth 6000 & 16000. Both Thomas and William
were farming.
On the 1870 census, William and his family are living near the families of
Roberts. In the house are William's parents and his youngest brother, Walter,
who is attending school. Also in the house were Shelby Anderson age 22, and
Ruffin Farmer, age 17. William also had a domestic servant (B), Maria
Robertson, age 40.
