Created by Steven Spielberg, seaQuest DSV was a science-fiction TV series that was based in the ocean as opposed to outer space. Set in the year 2018, it details the story of a state-of-the-art submarine, and the crew who work in it.It was not as popular as it could have been, however, it did gain a following. In 1995 after the cliffhanger of the season 2 finale, seaQuest was revamped for its third season, with a new captain and a new setting, ten years later. Sadly, seaQuest 2032 did not go down well with the ratings and it sank (pun intended) But despite the failure of seaQuest 2032 the show is still loved by fans and stories are still being written.
