Hendersonville Obituary: Henry Cornman, 75, of 210 Chariton Ave., died
Wednesday in a Hendersonville Hospital. A native of Pittsburg, Pa., he had
lived in Miami, Fla., before moving to Henderson County. He retired in 1976
from the Times-News. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of
Hendersonville and a former member of Gideions International. surviving are his
wife, Gladys Bryan Cornman; a son, Robert Bryan cornman of Hendersonville; and
a sister, Grace Cornman of Orlando, Fla. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m.
Saturday in Shepherd Memorial Park. The Rev. Earle R. Haire will officiate. The
family will be at the residence. Memorials may be made to Henderson county
Heart Association, P.O. Box 119, Hendersonville, N.C. 28793. Thos. Shepherd &
Son Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
Henry is buried at Shepherd Memorial Park, Hendersonville N.C.
