share and share alike. Whereas I have given my negro boy slave Bounaparte to my
son Isaiah D. Hart by write deed dated 3 Apr 1832, and fearing some dispute
after my death, I therefore give and bequeath to my son Isiah D. Hart by negro
boy slave Bounaparte. The rest of my property, after paying a debt due to my
daughter Rebecca E. Jones or to John M. Richard by my late husband William Hart
for sixty three dollars, to be equally divided between my son William L. B.
Hart's children one share, Rebecca E. Jones one share, my son Daniel C. Hart's
child one share and in case he should die, his share to be equally divided
between my son William L.B. Hart's children, my son Isaiah D. Hart one share,
my daughter Mary A. Andrews and the heirs of her body one share. I nominate and

In the Codicle of her will, Elizabeth identified her grand daughter Sevinah C.
Andrews, having "for many years given very many services for which I have never
compensated her" and gives her a slave girl named Jinnie.
