 Trivia:
David and Sue were in Ireland for 2 weeks in June, David was researching his family roots and also attending the Budweiser Irish Derby.

His great grandfather came from County Cork and his great grandmother came from County Clare. Both emigrated to the US during the great famine in Ireland in the 1840's.

As far as we know David is not related to singer/songwriter Eva Cassidy or Irish composer Patrick Cassidy.
EBAY WARNING!

There has been reports recently that forged autographs are being sold on Ebay. There is at least one photo of David that has a forged signature up for sale now, and The Official Ryan Cassidy Fan Website has also announced there are forged autographs of both Ryan and Patrick Cassidy on Ebay. This has been reported to DC.com and to Ryan. It is likely that this problem is a concern for most celebrities. 

We will again urge you not to make bids on items that cannot be verified as authentic.

Good news! We have finally received the puka shell necklaces that had been delayed, and we are now in the process of packing Fan Club orders. We will

Do you want to meet David Cassidy? We are providing a special opportunity for one fan who has NEVER MET David to get two tickets to his show in either El Cajon, CA on November 1, 2002 at the East County Performing Arts Center 
or in Cerritos, CA at the Cerritos Center on November 2, 2002 and a private MEET AND GREET! You will, however, have to arrange for your own transportation and accommodations.

To be considered, please send a photograph of yourself (JPEG format for email entries) and a paragraph (no more than 50 words) explaining who you are and why you would like to be the lucky fan who gets to meet David Cassidy. The deadline for your request is October 7, 2002.
