A Deck for the Chameleon
Magic Variant
Notes from the creator:
General Overview: Meant for multiplayer so its a little
larger than normal Except, this one is meant to piss everyone off. 'Nuff
said. Onto the card-by-card.
Card by Card
Creatures
Spiritmonger:
These, along with your Phantom
Nishobas are your premier fat beatsticks.
Shadowmage
Infiltrator: Slips through most defense for a point, and keeps your
cards coming.
Jungle
Barrier: The only gold wall in existence, and basically the lone
concession to pure defense this deck has.
Anurid
Brushopper: Dodges anything that tries to kill it, if you have the
cards to spare. Good all around defensive/offensive beast.
Meddling
Mage: Identify and shut down combos, or just eliminate
annoying/commonly played multiplayer cards.
Spells
Vindicate:
All around kill card, to destroy whatever irks you.
Decimate:
Similar role as Vindicate, though potentially more evil.
Backlash:
Big fatty on the table? Make them feel the pain instead.
Lobotomy:
Strip opponents hands and decks (and 'yards) of annoying cards.
Misfortune:
I've seen this played but once, and it was insanely aggravating, hence it
makes the cut easily
Reflect
Damage: What could be more annoying than going off with your 364 point
fireball, only to have it come back and kill yourself instead?
Hero's
Reunion: Okay, so another concession for defense. When they start
gunning for you, just gain 7.
Fiery
Justice: Potentially the only "diplomacy" card in the deck,
but its really such a good multiplayer card that I can't *not* play it.
Hymn
of Rebirth: Steal your opponents dead fatty and beat the snot out of
him with it.
Pernicious
Deed: Does this *need* any explanation? Wipe those pesky saprolings
out, generally mass-kill whatever is annoying you.
Armadillo
Cloak: Slap it on a Shadowmage for faster beats, or on a Spiritmonger
for true sickness.
