Rotisserie Draft For this game you will need one complete set from Magic: The Gathering. It is suggested that you use the base block set for this variant (Ice Age, Mirage, Tempest, Urza’s Saga, Mercadian Masques, Invasion, or Odyssey). It is recommended that you have 8 players for this variant but it can be played with less. Rules For this variant you will be drafting a complete set. This can be done two ways. The first way is for the tournament organizer to have a complete set to play with or each player should be given a deck registration sheet to draft with and player can only use cards from which they have drafted.
Sideboard Your remaining cards are
considered your sideboard. You may remove any card from your deck and
add any number of cards from your sideboard, as long as your deck still
meet the deck construction guide lines. At the end of your match you
must return your deck to its original form. Example: After game one you
decide to take 2 cards out of your deck and add 3 cards from your
sideboard. At the end of the match you must return the two cards back
into your deck and remove the 3 you added before you play your next
opponent. Mulligan Rules Standard
“Paris” Mulligan is used for this variant. Before each game begins, a player may, for
any reason, reshuffle and redraw his hand, drawing one less card. This
may be repeated as often as the player wishes, until he has no cards
left in his hand. After the participant, who plays first, mulligans as
often as he likes, the decision of whether to mulligan passes to the
other player. Once a player passes the opportunity to mulligan, that
player may not change his mind.
