Notes from the creator: The deck is meant to find the red
sticks (Baton Rouge) with the blue Impulsers. Red creatures clear the path
for bigger red creatures, or clear the skies for the blue flyers, as all
blue creature in the deck fly. I didn't use any non-creature spells
because the creatures gave me the effects I need, though some countering
would be nice.
