A Deck for the Effects Magic Variant

Notes from the creator: 

Every creature in this deck can use its counters for something, even if that's only moving them to another creature. The Anthroplasm and Spike Rogue combo give you infinite +1/+1 counters to play with, and with the Weaver, you can Fog until you're ready to fight, preferably with big flying Thopter Squadrons (or Thopter hordes) or insanely large kamikaze Spike Soldiers. The artifacts help you get mana, as the deck is fairly slow, so do the Workhorses (less now for more later) and Exploration. Mindless Automoton helps you find what you need. If you can survive the early game, you should be fine.
