A Deck for the Pauper's Magic Variant

Notes from the creator: 

Creatures:
4 Mogg Fanatic : Can attack, and can do some last ditch damage.
4 Raging Goblin : First turn damage, and can keep on attacking.
4 Mogg Conscripts : I've got enough creature spells to use it.
4 Goblin Patrol : Big creature. Small mana.
4 Flailing Soldier : It can get even bigger.
4 Orcish Conscripts : I've got enough creatures to use it.

Spells:
4 Lightning Bolt : Best. Burn. Ever.
4 Fireblast : Who needs mountains anyways?
4 Incinerate : Even more burn.
4 Chain Lightning : I have yet to see someone chain it back.
4 Flame Rift : Lower life totals are always good.
