C'mon, Urza couldn't start of big with huge rare things like Karn, could he? Basically beat down hard with a bunch of (rather mediocre) artifact creatures. Also gain life when they come into play and die, if you have extra mana. Note that all cards in here ARE common, as long as you look at the right set. Sisay's Ring, for example, is uncommon in 7th edition but common in Visions, when it was first printed.
